Last week about thirty people participated in workshops at St Mary’s Community Centre to create tactile artwork for inclusion in the No Boundaries project.
The workshop, led by artist David Capra, provided an opportunity to use mixed media to create images and scenes of the Nepean River, and creative scenes from the imagination of participants.
The materials included textiles, beads, textured materials, found objects, and plastics. All are 100% recycled, sourced from council cleanups, garage sales and Reverse Garbage.
Enjoy the photos of the workshops (Photos by Bronwyn Holmes) and look out for some of these images in the No Boundaries show and pop ups!
